• Written and signed authorization
• Copy of your ID
• Their ID

The average processing time is approximately 7 to 10 business days, based on the history of similar cases. However, this timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to factors such as:

• The volume of requests being handled by CESCO/DTOP.
• Additional verification requirements by agencies.
• Updates or maintenance in government systems.
• Official holidays or temporary office closures.
• Extraordinary situations beyond our control.
