Terms and Conditions of Use

 

Welcome to CESCO ONLINE, a digital platform that facilitates the management of procedures with the Driver Services Center (CESCO) of Puerto Rico.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should not use our services.

1. Service Description

CESCO ONLINE is a digital intermediary that provides assistance in managing procedures with CESCO, such as:

  • Driver's license renewal
  • Payment of fines
  • Certification requests
  • Vehicle transfers
  • Coordination of in-person and virtual appointments
  • Other related services, subject to availability

The platform is not a government entity nor is it directly affiliated with CESCO or the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTOP).

2. User Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old; if a minor, have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
  • Acknowledge responsibility for proper use of the platform.
  • Have a valid email address and phone number.

3. Proper Use

You agree not to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activities. Misuse of the system may result in the cancellation of your access without prior notice.

4. Payment and Fees

Some services require the payment of a processing fee. These fees do not include official CESCO costs. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Auto Docs DBA Cesco Online is not responsible for delays, errors, or omissions caused by CESCO, DTOP, or other external entities. We do not guarantee the approval of procedures with these entities.

  • Procedure rejections due to causes beyond our management.
  • Indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable legislation.

Information may be used to:

  • Provide services
  • Quality control
  • Usage statistics
  • Notifications about updates

6.1 INFORMATIONAL TEXT MESSAGE (SMS) POLICY

 

Cesco Online sends informational alerts via text messages (SMS).

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier’s terms. If you wish to stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any SMS received from Cesco Online to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for more information, or contact us at info@cescoonline.com or (787) 482-2066.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective once published on the platform.

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access to any user who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent or suspicious activities.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of said jurisdiction.

10. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Cesco Online uses automated tools and artificial intelligence to streamline processes, validate forms, and recommend management options. These tools do not replace human review nor constitute legal or governmental advice.

11. Electronic Signature

Some forms or requests may require your electronic signature, which has the same legal validity as a handwritten signature under applicable Puerto Rican law.

12. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting users' privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.
